These Terms govern your use of our website and services.

We provide marketing, growth, and management services to approved clients. Specific services, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a signed Service Agreement.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18+ years old.

Creators must comply with platform rules and applicable laws.

3. Payment

Payments are due as per the invoice terms.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Revenue-share arrangements will be calculated based on net receivables.

4. Confidentiality

We operate under NDA with all clients. We do not publicly disclose client identities unless explicitly agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or platform-related penalties.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice as specified in the Service Agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
